In our second Pinkorama, Carla and Rowan bring you Miss Gwendolyn Meadows, her parasol at the ready, in The Secret History of the Peep Carnation.

It’s 1803. After many stifling years in her brother’s home (is that chimney smoking?), Miss Gwendolyn Meadows is seizing her chance to escape into the world as chaperone to her young neighbors, Miss Amy Balcourt and Miss Jane Wooliston.

Little does she know just how useful that parasol will prove to be….
