THAT SUMMER: Today!
It’s here! It’s here! It’s finally here!
That Summer, my new stand alone novel, appears in stores today.
Kirkus Reviews calls That Summer “the perfect beach read”. Library Journal opines, “There is something for every reader in Willig’s latest stand alone…. Looking for a mystery? Found. Looking for a family drama? Found in two different centuries. And romance seals the deal!”
Want to know more? You can find the blurb and an excerpt here.
I’ll be celebrating the launch of That Summer tonight at six o’clock at the Corner Bookstore on Madison & 93rd. If you’re in the New York area, stop by and lift a glass with me!
Happy Release Day Lauren!
Can’t wait o read That Summer!!
Thanks, Sue!
Congratulations, Lauren! Wish I lived in NY. Have a great book launch tonight.
Thanks, Ashley!
Just finished it. SO GOOD! I cried at the end
Oh, Stef, thank you! That warms the cockles of my heart.
A great day, Lauren, you must feel so proud. I live about as far from NY as it is possible to get, but I will raise a glass to you tonight as well.
Me too, Suzanne. Well done, Lauren, well done. As always, of course.
Thanks so much, Suzanne and Lynne!
Congratulations, Lauren! It must be so gratifying. Can’t wait to read it.
Congratulations! My copy arrives tomorrow! So excited but have to finish my essay before I will let myself start reading it…
Thanks, Ella! Good luck with that essay….
I am really enjoying it. Just wondering if there is there a place where we can see all the relationships between the characters in That Summer and their Pink Series relatives? (e.g. Nicholas Dorrington and Fotheringay-Vaughn)?
Not currently…. I have some scribbles on loose leaf paper, but nothing that has been turned into tidy family tree form.
I can say, though, that Fotheringay-Vaughn isn’t actually a Vaughn descendant. He just wishes that he was.
