The winner of the advance copy of The Mischief of the Mistletoe, chosen at random from among all those who posted responses, is…

Sheila!

Congratulations, Sheila! Thanks so much to everyone who posted a response. I loved hearing everyone’s take on what it is that resonates about Austen’s stories. As you may have guessed, between Mistletoe and that Jane Austen anthology, I’m on a bit of an Austen kick right now.

Check back in June for Chapter Two of The Mischief of the Mistletoe and a second mini-contest!

Good for you, Sheila!!! Have fun!

I will look at this as having at least another month in which to read “The Watsons”.

And thanks to those of you who mentioned “Love and Freindship” in the mini-contest. I had totally missed that one. I tracked it down, and it was fun!!! … though it’s a miracle that those women ever did anything else with all of that fainting going on.
