June Newsletter!

For the first time in forever, I have… a newsletter!

There’s just one slight problem.  It turns out I can’t actually email it out the way I formatted it, so… I’m still working on that.  But the plan, assuming I can figure out the technology (bah, humbug) is to send out a Newsletter every month, each containing a What’s New section, tour dates, my favorite read of that month, a peek at some of my research, and a book-related recipe.

In the meantime, you can access the June Newsletter here!

I am open to suggestions, ideas, and tech help….

Can you turn it into a PDF and have it as an attached document? One of my local bookstores does their newsletter that way, and it’s not as classy but it gets the job done. I know it’s not ideal. But it would work in the meantime…

It’s a PDF right now, and what I tried to do was do a modified version of the newsletter for the email that would work with the company’s templates (it’s Mailchimp), and then attach the PDF, like you suggested. It all looked fine for desktop, but when I clicked “Mobile” it was a disaster…. And that’s when I gave up and posted it on the website. Sigh.

It has been my week for butting heads with technology. There’s also a Girl from Greenwich Street Readers’ Guide I haven’t posted yet, because I can’t get the hyperlinks to work. Although I think I can fix that one by upgrading my Adobe….

Have I mentioned I hate technology?
