Hello, Tucson!!

There’s nothing like the joy of mingling with fellow authors and readers at a big, bustling book festival!

I’m so happy to be here in Tucson for the Tucson Festival of Books!

You can find me tomorrow, Saturday, March 4th at 11:30am, with the other two thirds of Team W, Karen White and Beatriz Williams, talking all things Team W!  (We’ve just finished polishing up our latest book so we may just possibly be a little giddy.  And you know what we’re like when we get giddy….

On Sunday, March 5th at 10am, I’ll be talking War and Resilience in Historical Fiction with Susan Meissner, Kristina McMorris, and Jennifer Coburn.

(Fun fact: I snuck Kristina, Beatriz, and Karen into the text of Band of Sisters as very minor side characters.  Did you spot them in there?  We’re just missing Sarah McCoy, who I also snuck in there!)

Here are the details!

The 3 W’s of Fiction

Karen White, Beatriz Williams and Lauren Willig have more in common than the 23rd letter of the alphabet. They are three of our best-loved authors of historical fiction, and today they will discuss their collaboration while writing “The Lost Summers of Newport.”
