AMENDED TO ADD: As I was typing this post, I just heard more good news: All the Ways We Said Goodbye hasn’t even come out yet, and it’s already gone back for a second printing!  Snatch up your first edition while you can….  And let’s see if we can push it into a third printing before release week happens!
