Weekly Reading Round-Up
This week, when I haven’t been immersing myself in another century for the next book, I’ve been making my way through Robert Galbraith’s latest Cormoran Strike mystery, Lethal White.
(Am I the only one who thinks of poisoned flat whites when she sees that title? No? Just me?)
This one picks up where Career of Evil left off, at Robin’s wedding, taking the detectives through the doings of dodgy MPs, and, of course, a great deal of personal trauma and soul-searching.
After that… I’m thinking it might be time for Tana French’s The Witch Elm. Or possibly my annual October re-read of Simone St. James’s The Broken Girls.
What have you been reading this week?
I am readin Susanna Kearsley’s Bellewether. Enjoying it thoroughly.
I’m re-reading “Possession” by A.S. Byatt, one of my favorite books.
Reading The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang and Phoenix Unbound by Grace Draven (and enjoying both).
Simone St James is a perfect October author–The Haunting of Maddy Clare gives the most delicious chills!
Still reading I Love Rogues, an anthology including Bertrice Small, and Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh.
I have finished The Glass Ocean! ♥♥♥
I loved it!
I’m so glad! And I hope things are better on the home front….
