I really enjoyed hearing about your ’20s research. I’ve read/watched many of the sources you both mentioned, but some were new to me so I’ve added them to my list. After seeing this, and listening to the audio sample you provided earlier, I can’t wait to start reading TAA!

(BTW, I confess that I watched the *original* dark shadows after school, and totally missed the remake–but I looked it up and added the video to my wish list.)

I was excited to hear about your ideas for the upcoming Pink books, as well as the standalones. The house book with the Pre-Raphaelite painting sounds amazing.

Oh, and of course, many congratulations on the imminent arrival of your new daughter!

This stream was better than an hour of dry-as-dust tv anyday. Thanks for sharing. Great discussion of the pre & post WWI era – I’m anxious to start the book. (As a fan of Downton, this period in time has really captured my imagination.) And congrats on that new little person on the way.
