ASHFORD a Best Book of April!

More happiness for The Ashford Affair! Apple just named The Ashford Affair one of its Best Books of April.

I am particularly amused that Ashford was named in the Mystery/Thriller category. So far, The Ashford Affair has been categorized as historical fiction, women’s fiction, family saga, romance, and mystery. As usual, I appear to have written genre stew….

Only two days left to go until publication!

Congratulations. I’m really looking forward to reading AA, whatever its genre.

Speaking of genre (try speaking of anything with your tongue as firmly in cheek as mine is now), did you aim for the Fantasy connection by trotting the well-known aristocratic Kenyan resident, Lord Greystoke, onstage? Or to be more subtle, Lady Greystoke? 😉

      Why didn’t I think of that? : )

oooh…I love the new category…It’s perfect for you. 🙂 Like I said before, your books are too good to be categorized. They hit a little bit of everything. Fully entertaining.

Now, do I buy an ebook so I can start reading at 12am on the 9th or wait until my hard copy comes in the mail later that day? Decisions Decisions.

Congratulations to you – such a compliment to your writing. As to the genre – ever looked in the bookstores or library? Sometimes you’re in mysteries, sometimes in romance, sometimes in straight fiction. As long as you’re on the shelf, who cares? You’re getting noticed and that’s what is important. Well done!
