Texas Updates!
Two things must ye know! (And points to anyone who gets the Blackadder reference.)
1) There will be a Dallas signing! It will be at 1:00 on Sunday, 11/13. The only thing still up in the air is whether it will be an informal gathering, in the lobby of the conference hotel, or a formal signing at B&N. More on that by this afternoon.
2) AvonRomance will be live-streaming from Readers ‘n Ritas Saturday night! It will be from six o’clock to seven-thirty (Texas time). So even if you’re not there, you can see all the authors all costumed up for the Masquerade Ball. In honor of the new work-in-progress, I’m going flapper(ish).
Hmmm. Maybe this live-streaming thing isn’t such a great idea after all….

Lauren, since you are immersed in all things flapper(ish), you must get your hands on Caroline Preston’s book, The Scrapbook of Frankie Pratt. I’ve been enjoying the visual delights of this new book — its the story of an aspring author’s Vassar days and travels to Paris to follow the bohemian crowd in the roaring twenties told in journal/scrapbook form. So fun!
