New Jersey, May 12th

For those in the Garden State, I’ll be popping into the M. Allan Vogelson Regional Branch Library in Voorhees at seven o’clock on the evening of May 12th to discuss the Pink Carnation books, writing, and whatever else comes to mind. You can find all the relevant details on the Camden County Library website. I’ve pasted in the text of their announcement below.

VOORHEES, N.J. – April 20, 2010 – Lauren Willig, the successful author of seven published romance novels, is scheduled to discuss and sign “The Secret History of the Pink Carnation” at the M. Allan Vogelson Regional Branch Library in Voorhees on Wednesday, May 12 at 7 p.m.

“Pink Carnation”, Willig’s first published novel (2005), has been described as everything from historical romance to juicy mystery to sexy novel in reviews published by “Library Journal”, “Complete Woman”, “Publisher’s Weekly and “Kirkus Reviews”.

Set in Napoleon’s France of the 19th century, “Pink Carnation” focuses on the intrigues of a spy in the service of the English Court. In the tradition of “The Scarlet Pimpernel”, the heroine seeks to match wits with her male counter parts in the dangerous game of international espionage.

Registration for this author visit will be available starting April 21 on SignUp at www.camdnecountylibrary.org/events under adult events at Voorhees for May.
