Orchid in the Wild Continues!

Over the past few weeks, The Orchid Affair has made it to all sorts of interesting places, like Yellowstone:

and Texarkana:

and the Death Star:

It’s survived extreme cold:

and found some adorable new readers:

We have pictures ranging from Alaska to Wisconsin– but we’re still missing sixteen states for the Orchid in the Wild Challenge : Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Utah, West Virginia, Wyoming.

If you’re from one of the missing states, here’s your chance to exercise your artistic creativity and enter to win a Pink Carnation mug. Just email your photo to me with “Orchid in the Wild” as the header (or post it on my Facebook author page) and I’ll enter it into the album.

Let’s make Orchid the new garden gnome!

Oh that’s too bad! I was just in Florida a couple of days after Orchid was released, but wasn’t able to get it on release day because I was on a cruise (a hardship, I know!).

My family and I literally went on a wild goose chase the day we got off the ship. We went to many (if not all) the B&N/Borders in the Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton area just so I could get the book to read on the plane ride home! Now that’s dedication!
